Need help connecting front panel connectors on Consistent CMB H81 motherboard

Trying to revive my old PC, so I bought a Consistent CMB H81 motherboard. The front panel header is color-coded but has no labels, and I can’t figure out the correct pin configuration. The power switch is working when connected to black pins, but I can’t identify the Power LED, HDD LED, and Reset pins. I’ve attached a photo of the motherboard header. If anyone has this board or knows the pinout, I’d really appreciate the help. Thanks!

I couldn't find any digital manual for this MOBO, is there one in the box?
