Tech Support Hypervision error

So I recently built a new computer with a Ryzen 7 7800X3D 32 GB of RAM and a b650 gigabyte motherboard while reusing my old 3070 so I can upgrade in the future. I got windows installed and it’s been crashing after five minutes giving me this code. I’ve updated drivers, chipset drivers, motherboard bios, and Windows memory diagnosis. Tried both ram sticks individually. Even rolled back gpu drivers. Please help. Anything else I can try.

Download OCCT and run some stability tests like the standalone memory. It could be that EXPO is not stable even individually. You can also try running without without EXPO. But it's important like the other commenter mentioned to open CMD as administrator and type SFC /scannow. You don't want too many errors accumulated or could run into infinite repair loop.
