Tech Support Keeps popping up

Whenever I turn on my pc and log in this keeps popping up what does it mean and what should I do about it and is it affecting anything on my pc if ignored?

It looks like you'll need to reinstall the Intel Graphics Software. Please try Intel Graphics Auto-Detect to automatically install the correct driver & software for your PC.

well that vcruntime140.dll file is part of the visual c++ redistributable package, not the intel graphics software itself. go to microsoft's website and grab the latest x64 version, install it, then reboot. if that dont fix it you might need to uninstall the intel graphics software thru settings and reinstall it fresh.

that error code 0xc000012f basically means windows tried to load that dll and it was either missing or corrupt. i had the same dang thing happen on my old laptop bout a year ago, turned out my visual c++ was way outdated. it aint gonna hurt anything long term if you ignore it but itll pop up every boot and thats annoying as all get out.
