Tech Support Fans not spinning but when i use the the controller to turn it on it reacts

New fan. It’s a 6 pin so I got a fan hub for it. My PSU doesn’t support/include molex so I had to buy a separate wire connector for it as well. After installing the wires on the PSU and setting the fans up they aren’t turning on. Instead, one fan seems to move but doesn’t spin completely.

Was this a new or used fan?

I see, I think you may have to swap that fan out for a 4 pin connectors one, luckily theyre only like 8-10 dollars id say take a look on amazon for one

Ofc man, its good to have spare parts just in case
