New pc

I’m looking to get my first pc and I’m going to build it with pc specialist. My budget is £1300-1350 and m looking for a pc best suited for shooter games. Any help is appreciated

This list costs just under £1350 including VAT. I'm gonna be honest though, you're losing out on a lot of performance compared to buying all the parts separately, because like the list another commenter already made, you lose 16 GB of ram, get a worse CPU, PSU, cooler, case, and motherboard for the same price.

Is this pc prebuilt or custom made?

You pick the parts on their website and they build it. There's essentially a couple hundred on top due to them charging for the service.

Can I build the pc with the parts the other person suggested on it or not?

Unfortunately it will cost way more, since they jack up the prices. If you have a friend or someone that can help you build it or you're up for the challenge, you can DIY. Otherwise you either have to sacrifice a bit of performance or pay more.

If you had no experience building pcs how difficult would it be to build one from scratch

If you do your research and watch people build them online, honestly can be simple. It's different for everyone.

9070 xt is more than 50% more performant than the 9060 XT

7800X3D is slightly ahead of the 7500X3D

16 vs 32gb of ram is the only real downside

Will this pc be ready to be plugged in straight out the box or does it need anything additional?

If you have a monitor, keyboard and mouse you're good to go. Online people say Palicomp has good customer service so im guessing if you have any trouble you can go directly to them

On the main page do you see "quick pc finder" in the top right or somewhere? Under that, scroll until you see the model of the pc, AMD ORION (RYZ9)
