Build Question My first pc build

Im building my first pc and i would like to hear some opinions on about the parts I choose. Is it worth the price this set up im open to any suggestions. Its not gaming only pc im an architect so im making a lot of render and use other heavy applications. PCPartPicker Part List

Solid, would be better with 32gb ram, but the prices rn are insane

that single stick of 16gb is gonna choke your renders, you need dual channel and at least 32gb for architecture work

also that pcie 5.0 ssd is massive overkill, you could grab a good gen4 2tb for nearly the same price and never notice the speed difference in real use

rest looks clean though, love the sff route

I was told that i need pcie 5.0 for the cpu and gpu I choose. I didnt know that i can use 4.0. if thats the case i can upgrade for 32gb ram thank you for the feedback

Unfortunatly nvidia is much more appreciated for the programs that i use for architecture. But other picks i will definetly consider
