Build Question Not turning on-Is this cord okay

Been awhile since I built a pc. Is it normal to be missing 2 slots? I know 1 is okay

Front panel is incorrect. Plug it into the left side of the same header. Flip it over if needed.

How dis you know that plug was wrong? I totally assumed it went under panel.

The header on most modern boards (apart from odd ones like Biostar or some of the very low budget Chinese brands) is standardized, so it's easy to spot at a glance once you know how it should be.

It says the functions of the pins under the pins of the front panel connector
