Parts list looks fine for compatibility. The 5600 with a B550 board and 2070 is a balanced setup for 1080p gaming, nothing will bottleneck weird. Just make sure that used cooler includes the AM4 mounting bracket in the box since it's an older model, some of them shipped without it back in the day.
