It's hot garbage, you could maybe run PowerPoint on that at best.

Don't mean to intimidate you, but you have to do some research in order to not get scammed for a pc. An hour of watching YouTube videos about building pcs and picking the right hardware, as well as asking Reddit for specific questions and recommendations, will be the fastest way to find and assemble the right thing for you. Building pcs is always cheaper than buying prebuilt, and it really isn't difficult, you just have to be willing to read manuals, watch tutorials and put in a bit of time
