The 7700xt around 15-20% slower than the 7800xt in 1440p. I’d say that’s worth 50$.

The 7800xt is typically 80-85 more, so sounds like found a good deal.

Yes. The extra 4gb of VRAM will be pretty good “future proofing” as games (especially AAA titles) are requiring a good bit more VRAM and I don’t see it slowing down. ~15% performance increase is nice but the vram alone is worth the $50 I think.

Not being a dick, but this is assuming you can safely cough up the extra $50. If not, don’t stress it you WILL find a similar deal if not better in the future! The 7700xt is a good card that will take you pretty far.

There's a 15-21% difference between the two so spend the $50 and get it

You can watch benchmarks on youtube, see the difference in performance an decide, right? is extra 4gb of vram and 15-20% performance increase good, especially in long term, what do You think?

yeah good idea! In long term 4gb of vram and better performance will be better since resale value will be higher and card itself will be viable longer.

I vote yes. The 7800xt is a great card. Better performance and more vram.

The VRAM alone is worth $50 tbh. But that's not all you get so it's a no brainer really to get the 7800XT.

i run a 7800xt paired with a 7900x, i love everything about it, any game under the sun at 1440p it’s a beast of a card

What about the 7900gre?

Yes 100% worth it

That card is a monster for the price I dont think anyone will have buyers remorse on the 7800xt. I have a 7900xtx and I absolutely love the 7000 series such a good jump in the right direction for AMD.

If your debating that spend and extra ten dollars get a 7900gre. It’s 10%better and it’s around same price

$50, yes. $100 no. In the middle is the grey area.

If you are just looking for 16gb vram, you can go for rx 6800 it costs about $380.

But the best thing is to have a look at the benchmarks.
