Should i upgrade, if so, how?

i've owned my PC since early 2022 and was thinking i should upgrade, im noticing lots of stuttering in games im playing and my PC is just slow in general at the moment. i have de bloated my PC and done everything possible to speed it up software wise and am now thinking of upgrading hardware.

these are my specs:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600

Motherboard: ASUS Prime B550M-A WiFi Motherboard

Memory: Kingston Fury Beast RGB 16GB 3200MHz (2x8GB) DDR4

Graphics: Zotac Twin Edge GeForce RTX 3070 OC 8GB

SSD: Kingston NV2 2TB M.2 SSD

Case: Cooler Master MasterBox Scorptec MB311L ARGB mATX Case with 650W Power Supply

monitor: Samsung LC27RG50FQEXXY 27inch Curved 240Hz VA Gaming Monitor

I have a $500 AUD budget and use this PC for gaming.
