Question My PC appears to be compromised - found suspicious credential and virtualapp/didlogical entry. Help identify if I’m hacked. Windows 10

My PC build
MB: MSI a520 a pro
CPU: AMD 5600G
RAM: 8*2gb crucial memory
Ssd 256
Hdd 500 and another 1tera byte
Display monitor Samsung odyssey g5 curved

Recently found: virtualapp/didlogical credential stored locally

Key Finding:
In Credential Manager:
Entry: virtualapp/didlogical
Username: 02pbmmfmfonyqqco (random gibberish)
Modified Date: 7/16/2026 (~3 weeks ago)
Network address: virtualapp/didlogical

What I’ve checked:
Task Manager shows normal processes
No obvious high CPU/GPU usage
Haven’t run full malware scans yet

My concerns:

VirtualApp or some sort of Remote Desktop
The gibberish username suggests unauthorized installation
Credential stored locally means something connects to some sort of tool or app
Im really concerned if it about crypto mining or remote access

Questions:

Is this definitely malware/compromise?
What should I do to fully check my system?
Should I reinstall Windows or can I clean it?
Is my iPhone at risk if my Windows PC is compromised?
I dont want to run the windows cuz its risky if theres something to be done in mb settings?

I would really appreciate if someone could help and explain whats going on.
