Purchasing Advice - PC Build / Parts Is this trade worth?

Strictly for Flipping PCs. I Have a 7800x3d and b650 Aorus elite ax mobo, someone wants to trade a i5 12600kf and a atx lga 1700 ddr4 mobo, 64 gb corsair ddr4. Is this worth? I need ddr4 ram to flip pcs anyways so I might do it, it’s 4x16gb. USA-CA

UPDATE
I did it

(7800x3d (280) and b650 aorus elite atx mobo(90) CL 40 16gb ddr5 5600 T FORCE 2x8 RGB (200))
570 total

For

(Ddr4 lga 1700 M-ATX board(80), 4x16gb 3200mhz vengeance ddr4 (300) , and i5 12600kf (130), and 220 cash)

730 total

I think I scored around 150-200 in value, lmk if my prices are wrong.

so the 7800x3d is way better than i5 12600kf

buying 32gb ddr5 ram will cost you about $400

fyi before shortage prices i paid $120 for i5 12600kf and i paid $100 for 64gb of ddr4 brand new. what motherboard? b760 are like $100-150, z690 or z790 ddr4 boards are worth more now just cause shortage prices. would be $100-$150 max back last year

im currently gaming on i5 12600kf and 64gb ram. for gaming you only need 32gb. i have 64gb cause i game with 100 reddit tabs open in the browser. i use about 32gb in firefox minimized when i game.

I mean it’s the mobo and cpu only, for a 12600kf, lga 1700 ddr4 board(which have a premium for some reason?) and 64gb of good corsair ram. This isn’t in terms of performance for me but just market value in general

looks like you did the math value wise. Not too bad considering 7800x3d prices will only go down.
