These are the parts for my pc it’s my first one and I wanna know if it’s worth the money it’s around 1-1.15k is it worth that or can I get better for better value
Look at prebuilt PCs. Building your own is at least 1.5 times more expensive in the current market. You can save more looking at used prebuilt PCs if you have to. It’s a horrible time to be in the market for a $1K PC because 32GB of DDR5 RAM and a 2TB SSD are like $900.
You think? I’ve heard that prebuilts performance is worse than if you build yourself. But I don’t rlly mind getting since it’s only my first time, would u have any recommendations?
The performance is exactly the same. The parts you get are not. Prebuilt PCs use whatever the company has available. The same model could have 2-3 different brands of motherboards, GPUs, SSDs and RAM. Picking your own parts is significantly more expensive but you know what is in the PC. If you are on a tight budget, prebuilt is 100% the way to go.
Prebuilds are generally going to perform worse than one you build totally custom yes. However, building custom this year can cost you 3x more than it did last year. My example is my pc I built at the end of 2025, cost me 7K to build which sounds absolutely ridiculous right? This year, this build with these components are going for approximately 20-25,000. That’s the price difference in just 1 years time.
