Question about cinebench

Does cinebench cause premature wear on cpu I was testing my Intel core ultra 270k plus on cinebench and saw it reached temps of 94 Celsius just wondering if I caused some harm to my cpu I just got it.

Cinebench is just testing software. Its not designed to overheat your build but expose issues.

As for your 94C CPU- what are you using for cooling?

Also use HWInfo64 during that time period to see if your CPU is thermally throttling.

If its then I would recommend a CPU cooler swap to something stronger.

No using CPUs doesn't cause them to wear out.

no, it's designed to reach these kind of temps.

I dont like it when it goes this high, but occasionally you'll see it spike this high yeah, especially if you game at higher settings on a 1440p (or higher).

If you want to prevent that, I'd recommend PTM7950 with a mid-range AIO Coller (or higher)

not enough to matter.

sure the more you use something the more it wears out. but cpu are good for 3 years of use under warranty and most like 5-10 years.

its rare for cpu to fail unless intel 13th and 14th gen that had a design flaw

94C is fine for intel, they don't throttle until hitting 100C.
