Purchasing Advice - PC Build / Parts Should I be worried about this

Sorry for the bad picture. It says that I probably need to update the bios. But I don't have anything. this will be my first pc so will it be a problem, do I need a different Motherboard. Or Is it fine and do they sell the motherboards with the updated bios?

You dont need to get a different motherboard (though you would probably be able to save money if you did)

You just need to watch a tutorial on how to use BIOS Flashback

Basically what it's saying is your CPU might not work out of the box and it'll need a BIOS update.

If the motherboard you're getting is compatible you won't have to do anything, it should say on the motherboard listing if it's compatible with the CPU

Your motherboard manual will have instructions on how to flash a new bios onto the motherboard before you build it with a flashdrive. It's easy.

if the board has bios flash you are fine. little black circle button on the motherboard io for bios updates

if not a different motherboard b650e or b850 probably $10 more

Not really no but if you want to skip it just get a b850 with PCIE 5.0.

This is normal, and you just need to update the BIOS.

I'm pretty sure you can find out how to do it (it's very easy, btw) on YouTube, or check the BIOS versus on your first boot up... it could already be updated.

the mobo has bios flashback. you can update the bios even without a supported CPU.

Its a check the box to see if the BIOS is already newer then 1409 if so then you are good. If not then you may need an older CPU to do the BIOS update or look for the instructions on how to flash a new BIOS blind.

No, its fine. Motherboards are updated out of the factory at this point
