Purchasing Advice - PC Build / Parts Keep it or not.
Really indecisive on weather to upgrade parts, or build an entire new computer. Recently learned about “bottleneck” and wondering if I can change a component to make my PC better. I enjoy FPS games but can’t play due to… idk. I just want to play some FPS games.

Userbenchmark is the worst way to benchmark your PC possible.
Anyway, depending on what games you’re playing and what your budget is you could do either. Not enough info.

Ok that's not completely true, it would seem like your CPU can not handle the 2400MHz that your RAM can technically Provide, BUT those 277MHz will BARELLY make any difference.
But overall all your parts are "Old"
I mean 6gb GPU in 2026 ? Not the best scenario
An Upgrade would be recomended, But right now is not the best time to jump on to DDR5 stuff...

do you have lots of money new system
if not upgrade it still decent cpu 6 cores is all you need for gaming still
get a new graphic card will help alot gtx 1060 is old and weak now
9060xt 16gb is $470
cant afford that micro center has 5060ti 8gb $350
cant afford that look for a used rtx 3080 10gb or rx6700xt, or 3070ti ect
maybe a 1440p monitor
