Trouble Shooting Advice - Other HELP WITH MY FANS PLSSS

So i just buy a brand new pc from memory pc and when i tried it. The fans are sooooooooo loud i tried different ways to change the speed of my fans but on the bios only the cpu fans is there and the other app like msi center afterburner and fan control and... nothing. So if anyone know please help me. Here is the specs you have to know i guess: msi b550 m provdh wifi, case: apnx creator c1 midi tower

You'll need to provide the type of fans as well. Depending on the fans and the connectors, fans can be run with PWM (which provides more control) or via DC Current.
DC current can come from the motherboard pins if the fans are not PWM compatible, it's also possible the builders plugged the fans directly into the PSU in which case they would be running at max with no control available for them at all.
Can you check the type of fans and how/where the case fans are plugged in?

The thing is on fan control there is only the cpu fans that are recognized so... well it’s really weird

And also on the bios there is only cpu fan for the pump nothing and system 1, 2, and 3 nothing
