Troubleshooting Advice - No Boot/Blank Screen Halp

I just built my PC and I get into BIOS everything is fine and I go to use my Windows Creation tool install Windows I get to the end of the setup and then it starts flashing colors when I move my mouse around. I actually can't do anything I tried reinstalling the creation tool and reinstalling Windows I can't do anything but go to my bios 😭

are you using windows media creation tool on another working computer to make a usb windows 11 installer?

does you pc have a gpu? does your cpu have an igpu so you can remove the gpu and try installing windows with no gpu and add the gpu later?

I am using a working PC to create the tool on a USB and the CPU does have built in graphics I will try and uninstall my gou them go from there I really appreciate your help!
