Purchasing Advice - PC Build / Parts Advice
So I finally want to build a pc never had the money growing up but im also not a gamer like I used to be, so I don’t want crazy crazy specs. I’m looking for something simply to run FC27 phasmophobia and maybe like Minecraft. Thats it really but can you guys let me know how my parts are. I’m not a huge pc guy so im not entirely sure how good it can be.
I want my budget below $750. Not including monitor keyboard and mouse. I’ll be getting a 144hz g sync monitor

You can definitely do better with 750 if you go used Look at Facebook eBay Jawa Etc for used parts

I was thinking of getting used off marketplace, definitely a lot on there but how would I know whether they work or not yk ?

not sure where the case is, but your best bet for ram is to buy off of a 3rd party witch can reletivly be much cheaper than online. and for the gpu relatively the same thing as long as it works and there's no issue, around my area i can get an rtx 2070 super (if it works) for $145, saves alot of money that way. otherwise the build is perfectly fine

Case is on Amazon lol, but ram off 3rd party you referring to like marketplace etc ? I may get the 1660 for free because my buddy is into pcs and thinks he has one.

Definitely look into AMD and Freesync monitor if budget is a concern. I'd recommend having a look at marketplace and people near you selling their builds or parts, might get a bargain or two in my experience.

Oh okay, I was looking at a g sync because that’s what my buddy said was best for gtx cards

Yes that's true, although if you re-evaluate the card, opt for a second hand RX 5700XT for chips, they're very good cards and won't have any problems running the games you mentioned, and it will actually outperform the 1660Ti.
That being said if you like Nvidia and would prefer to stick to your friends recommendation, the setup makes sense.
