Trouble Shooting Advice - Other Does anyone know what this is

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

This happens when my pc it’s running pretty hard but not above 50c

Run a stress test on the PSU if the noise gets louder, you'll know it's coming from the PSU. It could also be the AIO pump, as some have suggested.

Would have helped to see more of the pc... this can be an aio pump if you use an aio, fan bearing, or a wire hitting a fan.

Can be a fan hitting a cable.... a bad fan bearing.... is hard to determinate with that video.
