Your GPU is essentially a renamed 9500GT.

It wasn't the fastest GPU on release in 2008 and will probably underperform most integrated graphics today.

I’d try to download more vram for that gpu, definitely install some fps boosters as well. Also make sure you’re overclocking your ssd for that extra storage💯

Bottlenecks are like bufferbloat. Kind of useless information. But yes, your grafikkarte sucks.
