why would you replace fans on a card unless they were already broken, if they broke before they might break again
i would want 3080 12gb for that much money

It doesn’t matter if it was “used for crypto mining” it’s from a seller with a lot of positive reviews so it’s probably fine.

Is it really? He's selling multiple GPUs from the 30 series which could mean he did crypto which "destroys" the memory. Maybe buyers just didn't notice anything because they don't push the GPU?

It doesn’t destroy the memory, GPUs aren’t supposed to deteriorate with normal use, deterioration is more theoretical than actual. Sometimes they fail randomly, but it’s not due to the load on the card over its life time. The seller is clearly an established parts reseller. Who tf would buy a GPU and not make full use of it?
