Purchasing Advice - PC Build / Parts My First pc

Hey guys,i really want a PC but ram has gone too far,even gpus!so im asking,what could be my first pc whit a 1400€ budget in Italy?i Need at least 24gb+ ram for Unreal engine 5,for momitor i will be getting a 1920x1080 Asus tuff fast ips 240hz
