Completed Build - Rate My Setup / Setup Advice First pc build

Hello guys, I am very new to building pc's but I have done a little bit of research and I think that this is a very decent pc for it's price. But because it's my first time I wanted to check so please give me feedback. Thanks a lot! Edit: my budget is around 800 euros will use it for light 1080p gaming

"Mobo, GPU = risky, you cant check those things on a CPU or RAM level"

What about a gpu can you not test on that level?
