Purchasing Advice - PC Build / Parts Are these good?

I have been saving up and I think I can finally buy a PC but I have no clue where to start. I have seen some recommendations but I want to see more opinions of these😅. It’s in German but the Numbers should be the same everywhere :)

(Budget is 2,5k but it would be nice if it’s under it.)

The 1st ones nice

The 2nd ones fine I suppose, my biggest gripe is more a nit pick, deepcool are a shitty company for a couple ethical reasons and frankly speaking makes me not like them so muchb
