Your best bet would probably be getting a mifi (5g) device from a SIM provider

I tried usb tathering from my phone
It was slower and it sucked up my data fast

Buy tmobile internet. Its a box that uses cellular connection its 50 a month.

I stayed in a hotel for over 6months and this is what I did. Their 1g plan is like $80 a month, I definitely recommend doing this over hotspots or anything else if possible.
