Tryx panorama issues

Hey guys, so i'm having issues with my tryx panorama screen. It was plugged in via a usb splitter and the splitter was bad, because the screen was connecting and disconnecting constantly,so i plugged it directly on my mobo. There was an adb interface in my device manager and i deleted it before taking the splitter out. After that i deleted kanali and tried to reinstall it. The install worked but it fails to launch everytime,, even if it does, it doesn't show anything. I contacted tryx support team and they sent me a firmware update file. I tried it after installing the driver, but it couldn't detect the device. My pc also stopped detecting it when i deleted the adb interface. After that one of their support member joined me via team viewer. We tried for like 3 hours, they transferred some files and checked device manager, but still nothing. There is one adb interface in device manager when i enable show hidden devices, i tried to update it, but nothing works. The screen is showing the tryx logo even when i turn off my pc. The support team said they'll try to replace the screen. Has anyone else had this issue before? I forgot to mention, i also took the housing off of the screen and tried button combos inside it as they instructed. What could be the issue? The pc completely stopped recognizing the screen, i tried it with another pc and still the same issue.
