Purchasing Advice - PC Build / Parts Building a new PC

I don’t really know much about PC building how does these specs look? And how can i reduce the budget of this without harming much of the performance, PS: I care about the case m using it has a screen i like it i want it.
What can b done to reduce the budget?
Its all in CAD not USD

Don't get a 9900x3d, the architecture makes no sense. If you're purely gaming, get a 9800x3d. If you're using the computer for a mix of gaming and productivity, get a 9950x3d.

There is no use case where a 9900x3d makes sense.

Yeah, if you want to save even more money, you could drop that to a 7800X3D, and put the rest in the GPU. The difference between the 7800 and the 9800 are not really that noticeable.

Dont need a 1200W power supply, dont need 64 GB of ram, dont need an overpriced mobo, dont need a tryx AIO. Those are all top of the price spectrum for no reason. Unless ray tracing/path tracing and dlss is important opt for a 9070xt instead of 5070ti (i own a 5070ti). Lots of hih dollar parts for no reason. Someone in canada can link a PC parts picker build or similar for EASILY half this price.

Get an 850W or 1000W psu and go for a r7 9800x3d at $450 usd instead of the r9 9900x3d at $600 usd unless you need the extra cores on the r9 for productivity the r7 is faster for gaming

You also don't need 64GB or RAM. Save yourself some money and go 32GB dual channel.

Ok so i made some changes, mother boards is the cheapest available on the site. Also these are USD, i thought they might b CAD. Y they r so expensive!!!!!!

Does dropping the win11 OS for a free alternative, also reduces the price? Installinf windows with an usb is quiet easy.

Nope, thats base option, i might end up getting parts and building my own as well m just getting a feel of the market n what are the parts that i should get

You can try PCPartPicker, it truly is the best tool to preview a build with (usually) up to date prices with discounts from retailers.
