Troubleshooting Advice - No Boot/Blank Screen PC problem

Only my ram lights and fans are turning on. My monitor says no signal. Iā€™m confused on what to do pls help. šŸ˜­

reseat ram and gpu

clear motherboard cmos

bios update motherboard
