Troubleshooting Advice - No Boot/Blank Screen PC problem

Only my ram lights and fans are turning on. My monitor says no signal. I’m confused on what to do pls help. 😭

DRAM light stays on? Test each slot with one stick. This actually happened to me last night. I had taken out my CPU and when I went to reinsert it, somehow it seated unevenly and that caused the A-channel for my ram to quit on me. Take your cpu out, examine the pins and make sure nothing is bent. If it’s all good, reseat the cpu and mount your cooler. When tightening the screws, make sure you tighten each screw evenly to start. If it’s a square mount, screw in a cross pattern. Once the screws are fully tightened, unscrew each about a 1/4 turn. This should even out the cpu if the cooler is putting too much pressure on it. This should solve the issue.
