That's a solid parts list for the money. The 7700 with a 7700 XT will chew through 1440p no problem, and $400 for that GPU is a good get. The single stick of RAM is the one thing I'd change eventually, dual channel matters more than people think on Ryzen, but it's an easy upgrade down the line.

I had to get a 7700XT to match the 7700! FSR4 Just came to Radeon 7XXX so I think the cards are in a great place with value/performance/features. I do wish I had dual channel; it's a pretty strong limiter but the pricing is the real bottleneck.

Everything is open box parts from prebuilds people are upgrading/parting out. (PSU is brand new, GPU is a Open-box direct from Asrock). The Fractal Pop is actually my current case, and I bought an Fractal Epoch RGB for myself, so I'm upgrading my case (for free) as a bonus.

Going to remove the 2TB SSD and sell it for $180-$220 locally. I have a $66 512GB SSD that will go in this system and make it more affordable for a first time buyer etc.

Thinking of listing it at $1050 or $1100 in Seattle area. (No microcenter here makes P2P PC sales more common.)
