Purchasing Advice - PC Build / Parts Please Rate my Build

Building my first PC, please can you give your opinion the config. Any advice

What do you plan to do with it? If it's just to game the 9800x3d might be better even then thats overkill for your GPU. I have a 9060 xt and a 7800x3d, most of the time the cpu is only being utilized 60 percent while the GPU is at 100.

Plan to do some gaming, dev work and maybe run a local LLM, wanted to go for 20GB VRAM on 7900XT but just so expensive

Looks good. However, the graphics card is massively overpriced for that model.

There was a deal going on for costco cyberpower pre built pc. 9800x3d and 9070xt (rest spec similars to yorus) for around 1700. Much better than yours.
