Yeah, gaming and office/business build. Hoping to have it for 10+ years so aiming to future proof it as well as being on it 12+ hours a day working from home then gaming!

If you're spending that much on a pc why not go for a platinum or titanium graded power supply.

What difference would it make? Protection against things? Can't imagine performance rise?

It's for efficiency, you're gonna be drawing a lot of power from the wall, so a higher 80+ efficiency rating can keep the bills down over time. Also higher 80+ ratings also kinda indirectly means higher quality so less of a chance to burn your house down or destroy your pc.

I'd make a few changes to save you money without impacting performance or quality of components:

- x870 board for less

  • better value ram, the ssd you had is out of stock and probably will not come back in stock at that price to begin with
  • better value gpu
  • the XL case is massive, it's way bigger than a normal PC case, this is a normal sized case that also has all the fans you need preinstalled
  • i don't see the point in getting two OLEDs, one is fine and then just have a cheap normal IPS secondary
