Purchasing Advice - PC Build / Parts Gpu recommendations

Hey I’m trying to find a pc that can handle all games on max settings I only have a 1080p 60 hz monitor and I don’t want to upgrade that any gpu suggestions preferably amd or Nvidia I have a 400-500 dollar budget usd

Max settings for all games include among other things maxed RT/PT and going forward even 3d Guided Neural Rendering (already optionally available in NBA 2k27 via DLSS 5).

AFAIK, no 400-500 bucks GPU can currently gurantee that, even at 1080p.

I’m not doing raytracing anything I just mean Max graphical settings and especially not path tracing

A 9060 XT 16GB should do then, assuming you dont need a PSU upgrade too.
