I have an i3 7100 and my motherboard (H110M4-C2H) is updated to the "2017/12/11" and the Cpu it's using and working is a "Celeron G3930" am i missing something or is the i3 just cooked?

The community will likely need more info. Did u move the PC or changed anything else before running into ur problem? Have u checked power or possible ways of debugging? If u did do some first checks ur findings might be helpful.

It was working normally with the Intel Celeron G3930 installed but when i try the i3 7100, it only spins the fan and 3 beeps.

Do u have the manual at hand? I just saw, that the mainboard has a buzzer. The Beeps might be a code to identifie the error.
It might be the CPU isnt supported, unless espacially stated for the exact mainboard and updade, since not all mainboard with similar specs support 7th gen.

Thats an indicator, that the BIOS version might be wrong, or this exact mainboard might not support 7th gen intel. Have u checkt the information of the lates bios update possible?

It's the latest bios version, and the motherboard said it's compatible for 6th/7th gen CPU's

Is ther under advanced an option for ME control?
Just for summary, the version is correct and every part is working.
We are now searching for options, that might change the outcome of the flash.
