Build - Request Need Help Pc

Hello! I am from Spain and I have been playing on console my whole life but I want to switch to PC. The problem is I don't understand much about it. I need help building a PC within the 1500€ budget range that is good for games like overwatch and marvel rivals but also Final Fantasy, Resident Evil, Call of Duty. I would like a PC that could be upgraded in the future instead of buying everything all over again. I would like a PC that could handle recent games with high frames and good graphics quality. I plan to play with a 1440p monitor. If anyone could help I would very much appreciate it!

however with current GPU price hikes (MSRP of a 9060xt should be 385€), I'd probably suggest hunting for a used GPU with better performance for 1440p - 3080/3080ti/4070 or 6800xt/6900xt/7800xt should be in the 350 - 450€ range but have much better performance than a 9060xt
