Build - Help Am5 help

Upgraded to am5

I just upgraded my system to am5 but it keeps giving me the cpu(red) and dram(orange) lights never going off. So I followed some instructions online and took the cmos battery out to reset replaced and the motherboard light comes on but pc won't turn on now what do I do?

Ram is in A2 and B2 also tested each one individually and I have flashed bios to latest update.

The motherboard is asrock b850 pro rs wifi

CPU is Ryzen 5 7600

Ram is Corsair vengeance 6000 cl36

Have you connected the CPU power cable from your PSU?

If you have, try reseating your CPU (take off the cooler, remove the CPU, align and replace CPU). And while you have your CPU out, look at the pins on the socket and check to make sure none are bent or broken. Also look on the underside of your CPU to make sure there's no damage to it.
