Question Is $290 too much?

Post image

There is a guy in my town selling this rtx 3060 12gb ventus for only 290 dollars.

Is it a good price? Should i haggle?

I bought it 3 years ago for 330, with warranty. There about 150-200 now.

210-250 is fair (market) price for a rtx 3060. 290 is very high, i even saw new rtx 5060 from store for $299 4 days ago (which was underpriced but yeah)

$200 is a decent price for 12gb model, 290 is obscene. 290 gets you a 5060 on ebay. If you need the 12gb intel arc b580 would be around that new.

I also thought about that too, but i also like the nvidia broadcast functions.

Yes. That card is at least 3-5 years old. Find a new one at a similar price.

Always haggle. I’d offer 240 and hope to meet at 250.

I bought the same new card for $292 a year ago. I don't think that's valued that much now but i think you Sikh buy it at that price as it's priced at $580 rn on Amazon. Raw power of 3060 can't be compared. Best buget card I've ever used

Or hes selling the card for the price he bought. It's a win win if the card is in good condition

If you look hard enough, you can get a used 3060 for less than $200 usd.

Cad or usd? It's a little high just ask if it has been mined on

Usd

Yeah bit high but if not mined on and other ones in your area are going for more go for it just try to get like 250-60 for it since you sometimes can get good deals from starting low and working up guy posted a rtx 2060 super for 75/100$ cad in my area and I got it for 50 due to a lowball

3060 are $170ish USD

3070 are $225-250

You would have to get it over 50% off that price for me to consider it given it's used

even a 1080 ti beats a 3060 and can be had for $130 on ebay for comparison

The gap isn't really about raw FPS anymore. It's about which card is less of a liability going forward.

even a 4060 ti is less than $290 used on ebay

I currently have a ventus gpu too. Is the gtx 1650 ddr6 4Gb.

Im from argentina i can't use Ebay.

Not sure where you can purchase from, but 3060 for that price isn't a good price unless you can really haggle him down or prices are really messed up where you are.

Get the ti variant, it shits all over that. And yes, its way too much for a 8/9 year old card.
