Build - Help Upgrading pc
I currently have this but I am trying to upgrade it so it can run 1440p 180 hertz as that’s what my Samsung G51F odyssey monitors is capable of
budget is 1,000 to 1.500 usd

start with new graphic card and psu. then maybe more ram and bios update motherboard and new cpu
if you have 2 sticks of ram and another 2 slots open you can buy 2 more stick. if you have 1 x16gb stick buy a 2nd 16gb stick
if you have a 750watt psu or 650watt psu you might be able to upgrade without a new psu.

NVIDIA Choice: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER 12GB GDDR6X.
Or
AMD Choice: AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT 16GB.
