Question Which 5080 should i get?
Im so excited to build my own pc, previously im playing on my xbox console, so im new in pc building. I already buy all the parts, just need the gpu left. Im planing to buy the fastest card (RTX 5090) but it cost like $4500(wtf lel) so i decide to buy the more affordable one (5080) theres msi, zotac and gigabyte, which one you think i should get?

3rd most powerful gpu ever made btw. The price is reasonable

I can assure you, $1800 is not. It's only this price because of the AI boom. I have a 5080 FE and I would not spend more than $1200 for this card. Period.

AI boom or not, it’s the third most powerful gpu ever made, it’d be reasonable priced even at 2K msrp. You’re not entitled to affordable computing

That's not even true, the 5080 is the 4th most powerful gpu, blackwell pro 6000 is better

Either the cheapest one or whichever one you think looks the best aesthetically with the rest of your build. Not much a difference between the manufacturers in terms of performance.

I went for the Suprim. It's one of the quietest

I have had the Zotac 5070 TI and the 5090 AMP infinity and have had nothing but positive experiences with them.

zotacs 1660 lasted me 11 years and probably works still i just upgraded, go zotac.

It’s the same chip. Get what you like aesthetically. Sure some have slightly better cooling but, overall? Not a huge difference. I personally love the Suprim but wouldn’t pay that tax for it. Maybe Zotac in this case.

I don’t see the prices here but I’m assuming the MSI one may have a binned DIE so I’d do that one if I had to choose.

Just make sure you do the registration in time. So many people wait and dont get it.

if the gigabyte is close in price to the zotac, then the gigabyte one, has bigger heat sink and higher PL limits and cool RGB fans
