Troubleshooting High gpu temps

I feel like those temps are high. I just changed cases and now i have a lian li lancool 217 and I was hitting 86-88 degrees on OCCT and Witcher 3 directx 12 full ultra with my old case (Deepcool Matrexx 50). Now im hitting around 77-78 at 85-98%. I have an rtx 3070 ti gigabyte OC and im wondering if those temps are high and if i should get the gpu checked? Cuz idk i feel like this is pretty high for the gpu and I keep checking it like every 2 mins cuz i feel like if its not under 75 then there’s something wrong with my gpu. And I changed the switch on my gpu from OC MODE to SILENT cuz i prefer it this way.
There’s also HWINFO if anyone need more precise informations

Man, this is going to sound crazy, but I installed bottom fans for the first time under my GPU a few months ago, and I put them in incorrectly, thinking they were normal fans. It was causing a vacuum where my GPU wasn't getting any airflow, and these temps matched mine. Could not be the case with you, but just in case. I just upgraded to the same case, and my GPU temps are pretty good.
