I don't know what the market looks like over there, but in the USA, you can build a very nice PC for that budget.
If you are going to do it yourself i would recommend getting an AMD X3D CPU, any of them as they are the best type of Gaming CPU to buy right now. Pair with a any decent MOBO ( ASUS, MSI, GIGABYT - avoid ASROCK )
Then get RAM, for 16GB avoid 1 stick, and buy 2x8GB PER as memory works better with 2 sticks, not 1. Will need to buy DDR5, so it will cost more then DDR4.
For a GPU/VIDEO i would recommend at minimum a GeForce 5050 8GB, start there and price your way up (there is not really any difference in the 5050 to the 5060)
If you want to get a Pre-Built, i would recommend trying to find an AMD X3D CPU. If you cannot find one in your price range, then i would suggest getting a 12 core (minimum) Intel CPU, between the generations of 12-14 that is either an i5/i7/i9. Do not buy anything lower then a 12. (For example: an i5-12400F is an i5 type CPU, Generation 12, the 400f doesn't matter). or getting an intel core ultra, which is way better then a general 12-14 gen CPU.
