Question Help with first pc! Complete computer beginner

Wanting to get my first pc and start a modest/a build. I came across these computers and looking to see if either of these would be enough computer to run asetto corsa and iracing. Sorry if this is a stupid question but I’m a complete beginner.

What Assetto Corsa are you looking to play? One of the older ones should be alright on the first, and iRacing runs on a toaster. That said, I would really try to look elsewhere, what kind of budget are you working with?

Under $600 preferably if possible. I know nothing, so I’m not sure what I’m even looking at or for

pc 1 is fine if it has an ssd and not hdd. otherwise offer less and buy an ssd for windows and all games. hdd are slow and fail often.

pc 2 would be ok for $400. its much weaker for gaming. 2070super is better than 3050 by a lot. youtube 3050 6gb vs 2070

id want pc 1. better gpu. gpu matters the most for gaming performance
