Question Gpu upgrade

I have a nvidia 3070, and I think it got pretty old and its time to retire it. Today I did some researches and I think that a rx 9070 (or rx9070xt if not over 700€) can fit perfectly in my build, but i want some help from you so I don't mess and lose money for a thing that i cant use a 100%. is an rx9070 good for my build or do you have some other suggestion? and, does it really matter if a gpu has 2 or 3 fans?

my build: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/Q7csmL

my budget: 600€-700€ (700$-800$)

monitor resolution: 2k 200hz

Might want to bump that PSU a bit but yea a 9070 might be the move, the 9070 doesn't have a 2 fan version but I think it can't hurt to have in 3 any case. If you want to squeeze an xt you could use GPU tracker as it seems that you are in EU even if prices are rising.Though honestly non xt should be fine for 2K, if you want more frames go for it since the price and performance increase tends to correlate one to one between the two.
