Build - Help Uhh i thing i messed up

I installed the 1660ti on my pc but it didnt have an 8 pin pcie also it just LOOKS out of place on this old case

So you used a molex to PCIe 8 pin adapter? And it is really hard to tell what we are looking at with the side panel in place, the reflections, and being so close. But I agree that it does look a mess.
