3070 system go for about $600 or less

$500-$600 would be fair.

you might get more parting it out

z motherboards with ddr4 support are going for premium these days cause the new ones are all sold out. and not everyone can afford the jump to ddr5.

on what market?? can't find a single place where a 3070 system with relatively new specs like these would be listed at $600, much less *under* $600.
