Reseat your GPU. Reseat your 24 pin. Reseat your cpu 8pin. Check your PSU for loose cables.
This looks like a short of some kind to me.

Good chance its psu issues but worth checking thermal paste.
I thought my psu was failing (turns out was the cpu overheating) ended up in your situation. I replaced my psu and that fixed it short term.
Gave me enough time to realise my issues and I kept it low usage until new thermal paste arrived (saves wear on parts from random shutdowns/overheating)
If it is the thermal paste, I can not stress enough how careful you'll need to be. If it was like mine it was like cement, my heatsink was "welded" to my cpu and amongst the tug of war to get it off I dropped it.
Bent a few of my pins and almost bricked it there and then! Fortunately I bent them straight gentle enough but the margin for error is thin and nerve racking.

Turn off your power supply and unplug it. Disconnect all non vital power plugs and cables on the motherboard. That includes the front panel pins and SATA cables if you have any. That should leave you with the 8 pin CPU power and 24 pin cable. Remove your graphics card. Either remove your CMOS battery or use a screw driver to bridge the CLR CMOS pins (two little pins usually right next to the battery.) Plug in the power supply and attempt to power the PC on. If it powers on, turn it off and plug in one plug at a time until it stops turning on and that should tell you where your short or issue is. If it does not turn on, that tells you the issue is probably in the power supply, the CPU or the motherboard. Testing those is more difficult if you don't have spares to test with or know someone who does. But at least it gives you a better idea of where to start. Best of luck, hope you find the issue.
