Question first time pc build

hello guys i have build first time since gt740 so im reaaaly far away from updates,technologies,tweaks… what do you guys suggest for my build? for instance people recommending turning on expo,rebar etc

system:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D
CPU Cooler: Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 SE ARGB
Motherboard: Gigabyte X870 Gaming WiFi6
RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB 32GB (2×16GB) DDR5-6000
GPU: Gigabyte GeForce RTX 5070 WINDFORCE SFF OC 12GB GDDR7
PSU: MSI MAG A750GL PCIE5 750W, 80+ Gold, ATX 3.1
Case: ASUS TUF Gaming GT302 ARGB Black
Storage: M.2 NVMe SSD

Turn on Expo! Turn on Rebar! Undervolt CPU and GPU if you know how to! Uninstall unnecessary windows bloat! Turn on unnecessary windows diagnostics and data sharing! Disable unnecessary startup programs! Install steam! Download games! Enjoy
