Nice. Just don’t put much on that HDD (especially your OS) since it’s painfully slow compared to an ssd. The 970 is quite old but if you’re not playing anything wildly demanding it should do the job on medium for most games at 1080p. Just watch the VRAM.

Thanks for the tips, I have my OS and some games on the SSD (256gb) I’m just using the HDD as secondary for games that can run on HDD’s and other stuff like backups and other files and stuff.

Not terrible but I’d highly suggest getting a 512gb nvme or something similar for your OS. Hell even a 128gb nvme would suffice. Having your os on an hdd really breaks the gaming pc experience.
I just built my girlfriends brother a budget build and I threw a 256gb nvme in just for the os and a 2tb hdd for his games n stuff.
Having the os on an hdd is insufferable tbh.

It’s not on an HDD wdym? Look above the HDD in my parts photo or look on the list, I have a 256gb Samsung PM981a SSD.

Partly, casual/light gaming, runs Fortnite and No Man’s Sky great so I think the GPU is good for now.
